Roofing Sales & Project Manager TruePeak Restoration is a Colorado-based roofing and exterior restoration company specializing in residential and commercial roofing, storm damage restoration, and exterior construction. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, professional individuals who can manage the entire customer and project process from the initial sale through completion. Compensation & What We Offer Commission-based compensation $60,000-$175,000+ potential annual earnings Uncapped earning potential Roofing, restoration, and sales training Support from experienced company leadership CRM and technology to manage customers and projects Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management Professional culture built around accountability, performance, and integrity Responsibilities Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and door-to-door sales Meet with homeowners and property owners to identify roofing and restoration opportunities Conduct property inspections when properly trained and authorized Document damage and project conditions accurately Present roofing and restoration solutions and close sales Prepare contracts, proposals, and required project documentation Manage sold projects from contract through completion Coordinate materials, crews, scheduling, inspections, and project timelines Communicate with customers throughout the entire project Maintain accurate project information and documentation in the company CRM Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and referral partners Ensure projects are completed professionally, efficiently, and according to TruePeak standards Requirements Sales, roofing, construction, or restoration experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable with field sales and door-to-door prospecting Ability to manage multiple projects and customers independently Professional appearance and conduct Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Reliable smartphone and ability to use CRM and company technology Ability to work outdoors and access properties safely when trained and authorized Must follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable laws Roofing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
