WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify roofing needs, build relationships, and guide customers through the restoration process. This isn't a role where you'll sit behind a desk waiting for opportunities to come to you. You'll be expected to take initiative, build relationships, and create opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

Meeting with homeowners and building strong customer relationships Identifying potential storm

• or age-related roofing issues Conducting or assisting with roof inspections Educating homeowners on the restoration and replacement process Following up with customers and managing opportunities through the sales process Developing business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities Participating in regular training, coaching, and performance meetings Working toward individual and team goals

EARN BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE
