This position involves traveling to assigned residential neighborhoods, distributing company flyers, knocking on doors, speaking with homeowners, and generating potential customer leads for our roofing, siding, and exterior restoration services. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable speaking with people, working outdoors, staying organized, and meeting weekly performance expectations. Pay $17.00 per hour $17.50 per hour for bilingual English/Spanish speakers Additional performance-based bonuses Opportunities for advancement within the company Schedule Tuesday through Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Employees are required to report to the office at the beginning and end of every shift. You will clock in at the office before leaving for your assigned area and return to the office to clock out at the end of the day. Company Vehicle A company vehicle will be provided for work-related transportation . Employees must have a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a company vehicle. Employees are expected to operate company vehicles responsibly and follow all company vehicle policies. Responsibilities Travel to assigned residential neighborhoods Knock on doors and speak directly with homeowners Distribute company flyers and promotional materials Introduce Everlast Restoration and explain our services Identify homeowners who may be interested in roofing, siding, or other exterior services Collect accurate customer contact information Generate qualified leads for the sales and inspection team Maintain professional and respectful communication with homeowners Follow assigned routes and territories Properly care for company vehicles and company materials Communicate daily activity and results with management Weekly Lead Requirement Canvassers are expected to generate a minimum of 4 qualified customer leads per week . (only homeowners) Employees who consistently exceed expectations may qualify for additional performance-based bonuses and advancement opportunities . Performance will be reviewed regularly. House Documentation Requirement Employees must document every house they visit while canvassing.

Property address Whether someone answered the door Whether a flyer was left Homeowner interest Lead information Follow-up information Additional notes when necessary Accurate documentation is an important part of this position and is required for all assigned canvassing areas. 30-Day Training & Evaluation Period All new hires will complete a 30-day training and evaluation period . During this period, employees will be trained on: Door-to-door canvassing procedures Lead generation How to properly approach homeowners Company services Lead documentation Company vehicle procedures Assigned territories and routes Professional conduct and communication During the first 30 days, Everlast Restoration will evaluate the employee's: Attendance Punctuality Attitude Communication skills Reliability Documentation Lead production Ability to follow instructions Overall performance At the conclusion of the 30-day training and evaluation period, Everlast Restoration will determine whether continued employment will be offered based on the employee's overall performance and the needs of the company. Completion of the 30-day training period does not guarantee continued employment.
