ADC Management Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and community-driven Community Outreach Canvassers to support DC Water's Lead Free DC Project. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and an interest in community engagement and grassroots outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door outreach to educate residents about the Lead Free DC Project. Make follow-up cold calls to gather information and engage with potential participants. Clearly communicate project goals and benefits to encourage resident participation. Collect and record essential information, including contact details and signatures. Respond to questions confidently and address concerns to meet outreach goals. Recruit, onboard, and mentor new canvassers as needed. Represent the program at community events, fairs, rallies, and exhibitions. Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets. Participate in daily team meetings to review goals and assignments. Enter collected data into spreadsheets and assist with administrative tracking.

This role requires high energy, professionalism, and the ability to engage with the public confidently. Ideal candidates will be passionate about public health, environmental safety, and community improvement.
Qualifications:
Must be a DC resident. Must have a working vehicle and a valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and basic marketing skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Effective time management and goal-oriented mindset. Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
