This is a door-to-door neighborhood canvassing position , where you'll engage with homeowners, educate them about our products, and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team. No previous canvassing or sales experience? That's okay. We provide paid training , ongoing mentorship, and continuous coaching to help you succeed. What You'll Do As a Canvassing Representative, you'll: Canvass residential neighborhoods by going door-to-door. Introduce homeowners to StateWide Home Improvement and our industry-leading impact windows, doors, and roofing systems. Schedule qualified in-home appointments for our experienced sales consultants. Build rapport with homeowners while providing a professional, positive customer experience. Work toward daily and weekly performance goals. Attend team meetings and ongoing paid training to sharpen your communication and sales skills.
