In this role, you will be the face of our organization, engaging with community members through face-to-face communication and outdoor work. Make an impact in your community while earning $1,100-$1,500+ per week! We're hiring full-time Canvassers to conduct door-to-door voter outreach in their local area. This is straightforward, active work for people who enjoy meeting new people, working independently, and engaging with their community. What You'll Do Conduct door-to-door voter outreach in your local area Speak with voters in a friendly, professional manner Provide information and engage voters in public settings Work independently while following campaign and outreach guidelines Maintain a positive and professional attitude in the field What We Offer $1,100-$1,500+ per week Full-time hours 5-6 days per week 6+ hour shifts Fun, straightforward work Opportunity to work outdoors and in your local community Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States Must possess a valid driver's license or state-issued ID Must have reliable transportation Must have a reliable smartphone with an active cellular plan Must be comfortable interacting with voters and members of the public Must be able to work independently and reliably Must be able to pass a background check Experience Previous field sales, or canvassing experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Demonstrated success in outdoor work environments, especially door-to-door outreach or telemarketing roles Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience in marketing, community engagement, or customer service is highly desirable. Familiarity with using mobile devices for data collection and reporting is preferred Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods and working independently in various weather conditions Ready to Get Started?
