Job Description:

EPC Roofing & Solar is looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our growing team as Door-to-Door Solar Canvassers. This is a high-energy, commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential and clear paths for advancement. As a women-owned company , we take pride in building a strong, supportive team culture while delivering top-tier service to our customers. No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you succeed in the solar industry.

What You'll Do:

Generate leads through door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods Educate homeowners on solar energy and schedule appointments Represent EPC Roofing & Solar with professionalism and confidence Work independently while contributing to team goals Participate in team blitzes and scheduled canvassing events

Schedule & Flexibility:

Flexible schedule outside of required activities Mandatory training hours (Tampa Bay area) Mandatory team blitzes (set days/times) Outside of those, you create your own schedule

Compensation:

100% Commission-Based (uncapped earning potential) Weekly earning opportunities Performance-based growth and advancement
