Peacock Roofing & Construction is looking for energetic, ambitious, self-motivated salespeople who want an opportunity to build a serious income in the roofing industry. You do not need to be a roofing expert. You do not need to climb roofs. And you won't be expected to figure everything out by yourself. We use storm data, technology, market research, and our experience in the Georgia roofing market to help identify neighborhoods and properties where opportunities are most likely to exist. Your job is to get into those areas, start conversations, build relationships with homeowners, and create opportunities. We provide the system and support. You provide the hustle.

The Income Opportunity:

Our sales representatives receive a up to 50% split of net profit on their jobs. A typical completed roof can generate approximately $3,000

• 5,000 in commission for the salesperson.

That means:

5 roofs = approximately $15,000

• 25,000 potential commission 10 roofs = approximately $30,000
• 50,000 potential commission There is no artificial ceiling on what you can produce. This is a commission-based 1099 opportunity, so your income is directly connected to your production. For motivated salespeople, annual earnings of $150,000
• 250,000+ are possible based on individual performance, job profitability, and completed sales.

Candidates with proven roofing sales, canvassing, door-to-door, or related outside-sales experience may qualify for enhanced compensation opportunities based on experience and performance. No Climbing Required You're a salesperson. We want you focused on selling. Peacock Roofing & Construction has trained field personnel who can perform roof inspections and assist with the technical side of the process. You focus on finding opportunities, talking with homeowners, building trust, following up, and closing business. You're Not Doing It Alone Our system is designed to give salespeople the support they need to produce. Recruiting Bonus:

Requirements Candidates must:

Have a valid driver's license Have reliable personal transportation Have a smartphone Be comfortable working independently in the field Be comfortable speaking directly with homeowners Be willing to prospect and generate new business Be coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process Have sales, canvassing, door-to-door, roofing, or comparable customer-facing experience Roofing experience is preferred but not required for the right salesperson.
