Overview Hail or High Water Roofing is expanding its Georgia operation and building a high-performance canvassing team. We're looking for energetic, competitive and coachable people who aren't afraid to meet homeowners, start conversations and create opportunities. No roofing experience? That's okay. We'll train the right people. You'll receive structured training, field coaching, technology and management support while developing real sales skills and creating opportunities for advancement within our organization.

What You'll Do:

Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods, identify potential roofing or storm-related needs, schedule qualified roof inspections, accurately document customer information and represent Hail or High Water Roofing professionally.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills, positive attitude, reliability, competitive mindset, coachability and willingness to work in the field.
