New representatives go through a structured training program designed to teach roofing sales from the fundamentals. You'll receive online education covering the roofing sales process, followed by coaching focused on confidence, communication, customer connection, and execution. Training is completed daily, with ongoing coaching and practical customer conversations designed to help you put what you learn into action.
