Window Concepts of Iowa (Des Moines) We are looking for Field Canvassers to join our successful, highly-motivated team at Window Concepts, a rapidly growing home improvement services company. We are the region's replacement windows, doors, roofing, bath and siding leader, with over 26 years of experience in delighting customers by making home improvement projects simple. As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads by conducting door-to-door outreach in designated residential areas.

Responsibilities:

○ Walk door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods daily. ○ Follow mapped routes and strategic targeting criteria provided by management. ○ Initiate conversations with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner. ○ Clearly and confidently explain the benefits of the company's services. ○ Assess homeowner interest and qualify leads for further consultation. ○ Opportunities to work trade shows and events on weekends to generate additional leads

• $20.00 per hour plus commission (Commission's based on generated appointments, as long as the homeowner is able to get a price it qualifies.)
• $1000 bonus after 60 days working with Window Concepts 401k, Health Insurance, Dental, PTO, uncapped bonuses,

Requirements:

• Proactive, self starter
• Dependable attendance
• Strong oral communication skills
• Reliable transportation (Required if working tradeshows/events)
• Ability to qualify for any needed permits or licenses in the cities we operate
• Be able to work Monday-Friday between 10:00-7:00 (Weekends if there are events/trade shows)
