Responsibilities Engage with homeowners door-to-door in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner. Educate potential customers about our services and schedule qualified appointments. Build trust through excellent communication and customer service. Accurately record customer interactions and appointment information. Work with team members to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals. Follow all company safety procedures and represent Three Brothers LLC with professionalism. Utilize bilingual skills when applicable to better serve diverse communities. Qualifications Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, customer service, telemarketing, or sales is preferred but not required —we provide training. Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to earn performance-based bonuses. Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods.
