Door-to-Door Canvasser-Roofing and Exteriors Real Home Solutions LLC Nampa, ID Job Details Contract $75,000 - $100,000 a year 6 hours ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications Outdoor work experience Community engagement canvassing Canvassing for sales campaigns Door-to-door Customer interaction during outreach Full Job Description Real Home Solutions is growing and we're looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our canvassing team in the Treasure Valley. This is a door-to-door position focused on talking with homeowners and setting appointments for free roof and exterior inspections. You are not responsible for selling roofs or closing contracts. Your job is to start conversations, identify homeowners who may need our services, and schedule an inspection with our team. What You'll Do Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods throughout the Treasure Valley Speak with homeowners about roofing and exterior services Help identify homes that may have storm damage, aging roofs, leaks or other exterior concerns Schedule free inspections for interested homeowners Represent Real Home Solutions professionally Track your appointments and results Work during proven canvassing hours when homeowners are most likely to be available. What We're Looking For Confident and comfortable talking to new people Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated and Dependable Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Coachable and willing to follow our canvassing system Sales or door-to-door experience a plus but not required. Reliable transportation What We Provide Paid training and onboarding ($15.00/hr during training . Commission only after training is complete) Proven scripts and talking points Targeted neighborhoods and areas to canvas Support from an established local roofing and exterior company Opportunity to grow into additional sales or leadership roles Performance-based earning potential Real Home Solutions is a local Idaho roofing and exterior contractor with an in-house production team and Atlas Pro+ Platinum Select contractor status .
