Company-provided appointment closes:
1% commission Self-generated (the ones you set knocking the block): 3% commission Close one company deal worth $10,000 in repairs → $100 on top of your base that week Close one self-generated deal in that same range → $300 Stack a few of each over a month and your base pay stops being the ceiling — it's the floor while your pipeline catches up Year 1: $60,000- 70,000 Year 2: $80,000
