  • $100 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Roofing Full Job Description We are looking for roofing contractors in the Fort Wayne to join our team.
A contractor working with us can expect to earn anywhere from $10,000 to $40,000 per month, depending on their sales ability and close rate. There is very high earning potential with our company as long as you are professional, communicative, and dedicated.
THIS IS A FULL-TIME, CONTRACT
position. We will send you enough work to keep you busy throughout the week. Here is how our business works:
  • We source homeowners who need roofing estimates through our website.
  • We send you to the appointment details.
  • You inspect the roof, speak with the homeowner, leave a great impression, and understand their project requirements.
  • You use our software to build and price the estimate.
  • We generate the proposal and send it to the client.
  • You follow up with the client, walk them through the proposal, and close the job.
  • The homeowner pays you, and you send us a small commission.
  • You collect the deposit and begin the project with your crew.
IMPORTANT
Once you apply and answer the basic questions, we will call you for a phone interview. If we agree to move forward, we will send you a few roofing estimates for jobs typically worth $10,000
  • 20,000.
If you are able to sell at least one of them and communicate professionally throughout the process, we will enter a partnership agreement and begin sending you approximately 1-2 daily roofing appointments worth 10-20k each.
GREAT COMMUNICATION AND SALES ABILITY ARE REQUIRED.
