Job Description
As a 1099 Independent Contractor , you will be responsible for generating your own customers, completing services professionally, and representing the Auvyra brand with integrity. This is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, are self-motivated, and want unlimited income potential. While contractors are expected to source their own customers, Auvyra may also provide leads, marketing support, scheduling assistance, and operational guidance when available. Services You May Perform Based on Qualifications Residential Cleaning Deep Cleaning Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Lawn Mowing Edging & Trimming Leaf Removal Pressure Washing Exterior Property Cleaning Commercial Property Maintenance Airbnb Turnovers General Property Care Responsibilities Find and develop new customers through networking, referrals, social media, door-to-door marketing, and community outreach. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Schedule appointments. Perform services safely and professionally. Maintain excellent customer service. Communicate with Auvyra regarding completed jobs. Take before-and-after photos when required. Maintain your own transportation and equipment (unless otherwise arranged). Uphold Auvyra's quality standards. Follow all safety procedures. Build long-term client relationships. Requirements At least 18 years old Valid driver's license (preferred) Reliable transportation Smartphone with internet access Professional appearance Excellent communication skills Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic Dependable and punctual Preferred Qualifications Cleaning experience Lawn care experience Pressure washing experience Customer service experience Sales experience General labor experience Experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to work with motivated individuals.
