As a community marketer, you'll be the face of Tutor Doctor out in the neighborhoods we serve — building goodwill, raising brand awareness, and generating leads through direct community outreach. This is a field-based, independent role perfect for someone who enjoys being active outdoors, talking with people, and taking ownership of their work. What you'll do Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods to request permission to place Tutor Doctor lawn signs in high-visibility locations Introduce yourself confidently and professionally to homeowners, representing Tutor Doctor with warmth and respect Place approved marketing signs in permitted locations in line with local guidelines and brand standards Answer basic questions from community members about Tutor Doctor services No sales experience required — this is about making genuine connections, not closing deals. Track doors knocked, signs placed, locations, and time in the field using our phone app Share observations and feedback from the field to help sharpen our outreach strategies over time What we're looking for Outgoing, personable, and confident engaging with people you don't know Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and handling a variety of homeowner responses with professionalism and good humor Reliable and self-motivated — you can manage your time and hit your targets without direct supervision Organized and detail-oriented when it comes to tracking activity and results in the field Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet for extended periods, in varying weather Flexible availability including daytime and early evening hours Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation Compensation & benefits Competitive hourly wage plus potential for performance-based incentives in the future Flexible schedule — 5 to 15+ hours per week based on your availability Independent, active work Training provided and ongoing support from our local ownership team Real opportunity to grow within a locally owned, mission-driven business About Tutor Doctor Tutor Doctor Mansfield, Easton & West Brockton is a locally owned and operated tutoring service providing personalized, one-on-one academic support to students across our South Shore and MetroWest communities.
