In this customer-facing role, you will connect with people, create positive interactions, and encourage eligible participants to sign up for our window and door giveaways. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a social environment, and is motivated by results. In addition to competitive base pay, team members may earn performance-based bonuses and incentives for achieving signup goals and other measurable results. Duties Engage with the public in a friendly, confident, and professional manner. Start conversations and clearly explain our window and door giveaway opportunities. Encourage interested and eligible individuals to complete the giveaway signup process. Answer basic questions and provide accurate information about the promotion. Collect participant information carefully and ensure forms are completed correctly. Represent the company positively at events, retail locations, and promotional sites. Meet or exceed individual and team signup goals. Maintain an organized, welcoming, and engaging promotional area. Follow all company guidelines, privacy requirements, and promotional rules. Provide feedback about customer interactions and event performance. Requirements Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. Comfortable approaching and socializing with new people. Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude. Self-motivated and able to work toward performance goals. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to clearly and honestly explain promotional terms without making misleading claims. Basic ability to use a tablet, smartphone, or paper forms to collect signups. Previous experience in promotions, customer service, retail, events, lead generation, or sales is preferred but not required. Availability for scheduled events, which may include evenings or weekends. Reliable transportation may be required depending on event locations. Compensation and Incentives This position offers competitive base pay plus the opportunity to earn bonuses and incentives based on signup volume, goal achievement, attendance, and overall performance. Specific compensation and bonus terms will be explained during the interview process. Bonuses are performance-based and are not guaranteed.
