WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You will represent Potomac Custom Remodeling through homeowner engagement in assigned communities. Your focus is creating opportunities, building trust, and developing the skills that lead to success in sales.

Your responsibilities include:

Engage with homeowners throughout assigned communities Introduce our services and identify potential homeowner needs Learn to identify potential storm-related roofing and exterior damage Coordinate with experienced sales professionals throughout the process Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development This is a high-activity position. Base Pay +

Commission:

Build your earnings through a combination of reliable base pay and performance-based compensation. As you develop your skills and consistently produce, you can increase your earning potential and position yourself for advancement into team leadership. Over the next 12 months, we expect to develop team leads from within this group rather than relying solely on outside hires.
