About the Role We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Entry-Level Exterior Consultant to join our team in Cocoa, FL, or the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to start a rewarding career in exterior sales and restoration. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced team members as you learn to perform inspections, meet with homeowners, and help them find the best exterior solutions for their homes.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Assist in performing exterior inspections (siding, roofing, gutters, etc.) to identify potential issues Learn to consult with customers and provide professional recommendations Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and ensure a great customer experience Represent Ridgeline with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude Follow up on leads and help move projects through to completion Qualifications Excellent communication and people skills Positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to learn No prior experience required training is provided Sales or customer service experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and safely climb ladders Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must pass a background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Self-motivated and goal-oriented Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation package, including: Estimated compensation: $80K - $150K+ (based on performance) Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities Ongoing training and mentorship from an experienced team Clear advancement opportunities and career growth Supportive, team-oriented culture
