We are seeking enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our marketing team as Proximity Marketers. In this role, you will represent Home Solutions Midwest in local neighborhoods and community events, generating leads and creating brand awareness through direct, face-to-face interactions with homeowners.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Canvass designated neighborhoods to introduce Home Solutions Midwest services.
- Engage with homeowners to identify their needs and generate interest in our windows.
- Schedule free in-home consultations for prospective customers.
- Attend local events, fairs, and expos to promote our brand and services.
- Track and report daily performance and leads using company tools.
- Always represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty independently and satisfactorily. Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form and interface with all departments and customers. Must maintain absolute confidentiality. Must be able to multi-task, be accurate, have good organizational skills and handle high levels of stress. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or canvassing is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
