• Minimum 1-month commitment About Make Liberty Win Make Liberty Win LLC is a field organization that recruits door knockers who will help elect pro-liberty legislators through grassroots, door-to-door voter contact. Our team brings 53 years of combined experience, 48 political awards, and 935 election wins across 42 states. The Role Election Coordinators are the front line of key campaigns in the fight to restore the republic. You'll be deployed to an assigned district and spend your days talking with voters face to face. This is a hands-on field job for someone who believes in the cause and can make the case for it at a stranger's door. What You'll Do You'll knock doors in your assigned district 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, holding conversations with voters about pro-liberty candidates. You'll work alongside a Field Director who will train you on site and set daily and weekly campaign goals, and you'll track your progress toward those goals using your phone. What You'll Gain Real experience running a grassroots campaign, on-site training from experienced Field Directors, and a direct role in growing the liberty movement and winning elections. What You Need You must be able to relocate to an assigned district for at least one month, be physically able to walk for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and be comfortable starting conversations with strangers and making a persuasive, respectful case for liberty. You'll also need a smartphone. Compensation $4,160 per month, which includes pay plus fuel and housing coverage.
