  • 37682 Contract type: W2 under staffing supplier Contract duration : 6 weeks, possible extension Pay rate: $35/hour Part Time 10-15hour/week Visa sponsorship: not applicable Focus Markets Waconia, MN Cobleskill, NY Rushville, IN Description About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our Local Ambassador Program for a grassroots marketing initiative in select small and emerging markets.
As a Local Market Ambassador, you'll be vital in building brand awareness and driving new customer acquisition through community engagement and creative outreach.
Key Responsibilities In-Person Activation:
Represent our client at local events, markets, and community gatherings. Distribute promotional and referral materials, engage with residents and local businesses, and establish a consistent presence. Coordinate with local business partners as needed.
Referral Driving:
Proactively share your unique referral code through face-to-face conversations and local digital channels (e.g., text, Nextdoor, Facebook groups). Focus on driving first-time customer sign-ups. Social Content (Optional Bonus): If you're active on social media, help spread the word! Ambassadors can share up to four pieces of content a month (Local Business Spotlights, Referral Highlight, Community Moment). Tag and include your referral code in captions or bios.
