Your day is built around communication and relationship development. You will work in targeted neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, identify potential storm-related needs, and help customers understand their options.

You will:

Start professional conversations with homeowners Identify potential hail and weather-related roofing damage Explain restoration services and insurance-related processes Follow up with homeowners and help move qualified opportunities forward Work with sales and production leadership throughout the project Every conversation gives you another opportunity to sharpen your communication, confidence, and sales ability.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
