Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to support membership growth for Team Triumph Swim Club and private event sales for Tokyo Club and Witches & Wizards Arcade. This is a part-time, in-office role focused exclusively on outbound phone outreach, lead follow-up, and organized tracking of progress. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads and families interested in joining or rejoining Team Triumph Swim Club Conduct cold calls to businesses and companies to promote free office parties and private events at Tokyo Club and Witches & Wizards Arcade Maintain accurate, organized tracking documents to monitor call volume, outcomes, follow-ups, and conversion progress Participate in daily and weekly check-ins to review goals, discuss results, and adjust outreach strategies Represent the organizations professionally and enthusiastically over the phone Required Qualifications Strong comfort and confidence speaking on the phone Excellent conversational skills and a natural ability to engage people Demonstrated sales aptitude or interest in sales/outreach Highly organized with attention to detail and documentation Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting clear goals Available 10-20 hours per week during regular office hours Schedule & Location Part-time (10-20 hours/week), in-office in Columbia, MO.
