We work alongside nonprofit organizations throughout the Research Triangle
  • helping them show up stronger in their communities through live events, face-to-face outreach, and meaningful relationship-building.
This is a hands-on, people-first role and we're looking for someone who's energized by that kind of work. What you'll be doing: Support live nonprofit outreach campaigns and community events across the Raleigh and Triangle area Represent our nonprofit partners at pop-up events and community activations in a professional and genuine way Assist with event setup, coordination, and on-site execution Engage with community members and help build awareness and support for the causes our partners serve Work alongside our leadership team during campaign operations and contribute to how each event comes together Take part in structured mentorship and professional development sessions as part of your weekly routine You're a great fit if you: Are a natural communicator who genuinely enjoys being around and talking to people Have a competitive, team-oriented mindset and thrive in environments that keep you active and engaged Are professional, dependable, and take your commitments seriously Come from customer service, events, hospitality, retail, or athletics
  • or simply have strong people skills and a genuine willingness to learn Are bilingual
  • always a welcome skill when connecting with our diverse communities Are already local to the Raleigh or Triangle area and available to start soon Are available for a full-time schedule including weekends
  • this is not a Monday through Friday only position No previous experience required
  • full paid training is provided from day one. What's included: $41,600
  • 62,400 annually
  • paid weekly, W-2 role Paid training and structured onboarding Hands-on experience in community outreach, event coordination, and nonprofit engagement Mentorship and daily support from our leadership team A collaborative, close-knit team environment where your work is seen and valued
Schedule:
Full-time hours
  • this is not a part-time position Weekend availability required based on event schedules All events are local
  • no overnight travel In-person role at community events and nonprofit activations across the Raleigh and Research Triangle area.
Not remote. Not commission-only.
