Marketing Lead - Lead Generation The Guardian Fencing Company | Raleigh, NC The Guardian Fencing Company is looking for a motivated, outgoing Marketing Lead to help grow our business by generating qualified appointments in neighborhoods throughout the Raleigh area. This is a field-based position focused primarily on door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood marketing , with an emphasis on new construction communities and areas where homeowners are likely to need fencing. Our approach is low pressure and professional . You aren't expected to sell fences at the door. Your job is to introduce our company, identify interested homeowners, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate qualified fence estimate appointments Identify and target new construction neighborhoods and growing residential areas Speak with homeowners about their potential fencing needs Schedule appointments for our sales representatives Use company-provided apps to track neighborhoods, doors visited, leads, and appointments Follow up with interested homeowners when appropriate Distribute marketing materials and increase brand awareness in targeted neighborhoods Maintain accurate activity and lead information Work independently while meeting weekly lead and appointment goals What We're Looking For Previous door-to-door canvassing, appointment setting, or field marketing experience preferred Friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations with homeowners Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Organized and comfortable using mobile apps to track activity Reliable transportation Professional appearance and attitude Our Approach We believe effective canvassing doesn't require aggressive sales tactics.
