Here's the pay: $10/hour base — you're on the clock from day one, training included $50 for every appointment you set +$100 when that lead becomes a filed insurance claim — most of our work is insurance, so this one hits often Weekly cash contests, prizes, and leaderboards Company gas card — you drive your own vehicle, we cover the fuel A good appointment is worth $150. And here's the honest door math from our own canvassers: 100 doors → 20 real conversations → 5 interested → 1-2 appointments booked. This Is A Hunter Role You will be outside, knocking residential doors, five days a week. What You'll Do Knock residential doors across the Raleigh metro and introduce A&M's free roof inspection Build quick, genuine rapport with homeowners and set qualified inspection appointments Log every contact and appointment in our CRM — first to create the contact gets the credit Hit your daily activity and appointment targets Roll with the team 2-3x/week for route planning and role-play to sharpen your pitch Who We're Looking For Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license — this is how you get to your routes, it's not optional Outgoing, positive, and competitive — you like the chase Self-motivated and reliable — you show up and you put in the work Coachable — you take feedback and immediately run it again better Thick-skinned — a "no" rolls right off you Clear financial goals and the drive to actually hit them Able to pass a background check No roofing or sales experience required.
