Position:

Our Outside Sales Representatives help homeowners across the Carolinas by performing storm damage inspections to identify wind/hail damage to properties. We assist with filing the claim, meeting with the insurance adjuster, and helping homeowners select the best quality materials for their home. Leads are commonly sourced through door to door sales, referrals, and networking. We also provide leads for General Contracting sales. This would require a background in construction for us to provide you with these leads. We offer monthly competitions/bonuses and truly consider our team family. If you're interested in joining the team, please send your resume for review. On average our sales reps make around 100k within their first year. Our top sales reps have made up to 500k in one year. This is a production-based pay system, and the most motivated people tend to be very successful. Full-time and part-time positions available.
