:) Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods to record data on the response to rising costs in NH Engage residents through friendly, face-to-face conversations to inform about organizational initiatives and voting Utilize mobile devices to record interactions, update contact information, and track outreach progress Demonstrate excellent communication skills to negotiate and address questions or concerns from community members Build rapport with diverse populations Participate in outdoor work environments, walking extensively to cover designated areas efficiently Submit 4-6 sentences of voter feedback at the end of every shift Qualifications Needs to have the ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Anything else is highly desirable but not necessary. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect face-to-face with a wide range of audiences Experience in customer service or telemarketing is a plus for engaging effectively with the public Demonstrated ability to steer conversation while maintaining professionalism and respect Bilingual abilities are preferred to reach diverse communities effectively Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within outreach teams Join us today to make a positive impact in your community.
