Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in New Jersey. In this role, you will work directly with homeowners who are interested in roof replacement, roof repairs, siding, exterior renovations, storm damage restoration, and insurance-related projects . The ideal candidate is professional, comfortable communicating with homeowners, motivated by sales goals, and capable of building trust and guiding customers through the sales process. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing and exterior renovation needs. Conduct initial roof and exterior property inspections. Generate new sales opportunities through company leads, referrals, networking, and direct prospecting. Present estimates, financing options, products, warranties, and project solutions to homeowners. Follow up consistently with potential customers and existing leads. Build strong relationships with homeowners and provide excellent customer service. Negotiate and close residential roofing and exterior remodeling projects. Identify opportunities for additional services such as siding, gutters, windows, decks, and other exterior improvements. Maintain accurate customer information, appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity in our CRM system. Confident and professional when speaking with homeowners. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Comfortable working independently and managing leads and appointments. Previous experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, solar, windows, insurance restoration, or outside sales is preferred. Ability to learn roofing systems, exterior products, financing programs, and the insurance restoration process. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. CRM experience is a plus.
