We're looking for Setters who aren't afraid to knock on a door and start a conversation. What you'll do:

• Knock doors in your territory and talk to homeowners about going solar with no money down
• Set appointments for our closers to run — your own friends, family, and neighbors count too
• Work independently, on your own schedule — this is a hands-off, self-directed role

Pay:

• 1099 independent contractor — you're your own boss
• $1,500 for each of your first 3 deals
• $2,500 per deal after that
• Paid incrementally as each deal moves through the process
• No cap on what you can earn — the more doors you knock, the more you make Who we're looking for:
• Self-motivated people who are comfortable talking to strangers
• Reliable, coachable, and ready to put in the work
• No experience required — sales or door-to-door background is a plus
• Must be able to work independently with little oversight This is not a 9-to-5, and it's not for someone who needs a guaranteed hourly paycheck.
