In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of identifying and evaluating potential properties that align with our strategic goals. Your keen eye for detail, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills will drive success as you explore new opportunities and build strong relationships with property owners, agents, and stakeholders. This paid position offers an exciting chance to be part of a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact our growth and expansion plans. Duties Visit properties in the Las Vegas area Meet with leasing/property management staff when necessary Tour available units and locations Take clear photos and videos of the property Document the condition, layout, amenities, parking, neighborhood, etc. Gather basic information about the property and surrounding area Ask predetermined questions and collect answers Send photos, videos, notes, and other information back to our team What we're looking for: Reliable and professional Good communication skills Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos/videos Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently Reliable transportation Comfortable driving to different locations throughout the Las Vegas area Detail-oriented and able to provide thorough notes after each visit Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with leasing offices/property managers Real estate experience is NOT required. We will provide clear instructions and exactly what information we need collected.
