Synergy Media is expanding our residential solar canvassing operation and looking for a motivated Canvassing Manager to recruit, train, and lead a high-performing door-to-door team. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity offering base pay plus commission and performance bonuses . Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and onboard canvassers Build and manage a productive door-to-door team Train new representatives on solar canvassing Run daily meetings, role-playing, and field training Establish daily, weekly, and monthly production goals Track appointments and individual performance Coach and motivate team members Maintain accountability and a competitive team culture Work alongside the team in the field when needed Ensure the team generates quality homeowner appointments Help Synergy Media expand into additional territories Qualifications Door-to-door or canvassing experience Management or team leadership experience preferred Solar experience strongly preferred Strong recruiting and leadership ability Excellent communication skills Results-driven and competitive Organized, dependable, and professional Reliable transportation Compensation
