Hamilton Campaign Network seeks experienced District Field Directors for targeted, competitive Congressional race in Westchester and Rockland Counties, New York. This position is a staff management position and two previous cycles of campaign experience with some supervisory responsibilities preferred. The Qualified candidates will be familiar with and comfortable working Votebuilder and Google Workspace suite. Training will be provided on our best practices & program management protocols. Our field programs are comprehensive, deliberate, and emphasize message training, so be prepared to learn and implement new practices in your management philosophy. The geography of the district requires that a Field Director have a car and the ability to drive. This is a full time position that will run from Mid-September through the New York General Election in November. Staff will also receive priority for placement for our primary election campaigns.
