In this role, you will be the friendly face representing the company, connecting with potential clients through in-person canvassing. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive appointment setting for our sales team, helping homeowners enhance their properties while building your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales and customer service expertise while making a tangible impact in your community. Duties Conduct energetic door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods for roof, siding, window, and gutter replacement projects. Qualify potential clients by assessing their needs and explaining the benefits of our exterior renovation solutions. Schedule appointments for free inspections and estimates Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and client handoff. Log every interactions in CRM and manage follow-ups efficiently Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company's brand positively during all interactions Qualifications Proven experience in outbound calling, inside sales, door-to-door canvassing preferably in home goods or home improvement sectors Strong communication skills Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to contribute to a team-driven environment Reliable transport to be able to travel
