We are not just looking for appointment setters; we are actively recruiting the sales leaders of tomorrow. You will master the fundamentals of direct sales, customer psychology, and field marketing. We will teach you the mechanics of the deal. Once you master appointment setting, you will be on the fast track to our Elite In-Home Sales Closer and Sales Management roles.

What You Will Do:

Canvass assigned local neighborhoods to engage directly with homeowners and generate interest in our premium remodeling products. Overcome initial resistance using proven communication and problem-solving strategies. Schedule highly qualified, free in-home consultations for our senior closing team. Enjoy a consistent schedule (typically 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday to Thursday and every Friday off ) designed to maximize direct homeowner contact while protecting your mornings.
