Responsibilities include:

Generate and follow up with prospective customers Meet with homeowners and property owners Perform roof inspections after completing required safety training Identify potential roofing damage and project opportunities Help customers understand the roofing and insurance restoration process Attend customer appointments and project-related meetings Maintain communication with customers throughout their projects Collect required project documents and payments Maintain accurate customer and project information Work closely with leadership and our internal support teams Build referral and repeat-business opportunities What We're Looking For You don't need roofing experience to be successful here. We're looking for people who are: Motivated and goal-oriented Coachable and willing to learn Confident communicating with customers Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Organized and dependable Driven by performance and income opportunity Willing to prospect and develop new business Able to maintain a professional appearance and attitude Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.
