We're building a driven field marketing team to generate opportunities for our roofing and construction sales professionals. We want people who show up with energy, approach homeowners confidently, handle rejection professionally, and stay consistent throughout the day. Your role is to start conversations, identify interested homeowners, and schedule qualified appointments. Our sales representatives handle inspections, proposals, and closing. You receive hourly pay, with additional bonus opportunities when your appointments produce roof sales. What you'll do Canvass assigned neighborhoods throughout the Oklahoma City area. Introduce homeowners to Black Crown's roofing and construction services. Identify potential project needs and schedule qualified appointments. Capture accurate contact information and appointment notes in our CRM. Coordinate with the sales team to keep appointments organized. Meet clear activity and appointment-quality expectations. Represent Black Crown professionally and respect homeowners' property and decisions. This is an active, door-to-door position.
