Door-to-Door Canvasser Aztec Contractors - 3.8 Tulsa, OK Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Community engagement canvassing Non-profit outreach canvassing Canvassing for political campaigns Canvassing for sales campaigns Canvassing Full Job Description Door-to-Door Sales Canvasser - Aztec Contractors Aztec Contractors is looking for motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Canvassers to help generate new business for our tree service and concrete divisions. As a canvasser, your primary responsibility will be visiting residential neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, introducing Aztec Contractors, identifying potential customers who need tree or concrete work, and helping schedule qualified estimates for our company. Responsibilities Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and service areas Introduce homeowners to Aztec Contractors and our services Identify homeowners who may need tree removal, tree trimming, concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, or other services we provide Generate qualified leads and schedule estimates Collect accurate customer contact and project information Follow up with interested homeowners when necessary Keep track of houses and neighborhoods that have already been visited Represent Aztec Contractors in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner Meet reasonable activity, lead-generation, and performance goals Communicate regularly with management regarding leads and scheduled estimates Compensation $15 per hour base pay 7% commission on qualifying tree service jobs generated 5% commission on qualifying concrete jobs generated Opportunity to earn significantly more based on performance What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident approaching and speaking with new people, dependable, motivated, professional, and comfortable working outdoors. Previous door-to-door or sales experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right candidate. Training on our services, sales approach, and expectations will be provided. This is a performance-driven position. Someone who is consistent, personable, and good at building rapport with homeowners can have strong earning potential.
