Door-to-Door Canvasser / Lead Generator Salexx Construction | Portland Metro Area Hourly Pay + Bonuses + Advancement Opportunities Are you motivated, competitive, and looking to build real-world skills in sales, marketing, and business? Salexx Construction is a fast-growing, family-owned exterior remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the Portland metro area. We specialize in siding, roofing, painting, windows, decking, and fencing, and we're looking for energetic individuals to help us continue growing. As a Door-to-Door Canvasser , your primary responsibility is to connect with homeowners, introduce our services, and schedule free in-home estimates for our sales team. If you enjoy talking to people, being outdoors, and getting paid based on your performance, this is an excellent opportunity. No experience is required. We hire based on attitude, work ethic, and coachability. We'll provide the training—you bring the hustle. What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout the Portland metro area Introduce homeowners to Salexx Construction and our exterior remodeling services Schedule qualified, in-home estimates for our sales team Record leads accurately using our CRM Represent the company professionally and positively Meet daily and weekly lead-generation goals Participate in ongoing sales and communication training What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable talking with new people Reliable and self-motivated Coachable and eager to learn Ability to work outdoors and walk for several hours Reliable transportation Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Compensation Competitive hourly pay Bonuses for qualified leads and completed estimate appointments Additional performance incentives Paid training Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement into sales and leadership positions Why Join Salexx Construction?
