Campus and Field Organizer Tina for Oregon Portland, OR Job Details Full-time $5,000 a month 16 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Attention to detail Grassroots community outreach Organizational skills Promotional community events Community relationship building Full Job Description Tina for Oregon is seeking a hardworking, organized, and detail-oriented Campus and Field Organizer for the 2026 election cycle. The Campus and Field Organizer is responsible for working with the Field Director to finalize and build out the Campus Organizing Field Plan, executing the Tina for Oregon campus organizing field plan, recruiting volunteers, driving large campus events, and assisting with other field programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building relationships with Campus Democrats, Choice and other interest groups. Utilizing those relationships to understand the campus environment, and get tables, spaces, and classrooms reserved as needed. Canvassing on campus, in classrooms, and at surrounding areas, including restaurants. Collecting and processing pledge cards and voter registration cards. Identifying events, gatherings, and opportunities for pledge/voter registration, class wraps, and general campaign visibility. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work long campaign hours, including evenings, weekends, and irregular schedules Familiarity with Oregon politics is a plus but not required
