This is a full-time W-2 position starting at $17+ per hour , plus performance bonuses and employee benefits. You don't need previous sales experience—we provide the training, coaching, and support to help you succeed. What You'll Do Represent Brightside Windows in Portland-area communities Connect with homeowners face-to-face Introduce our window products and services Generate interest and schedule free consultations Track your activity and work toward team goals Build valuable communication and sales skills This is an active, field-based role where you'll spend your day meeting people and working throughout local neighborhoods.
