Neighborhood Marketing Representative - $18/Hour Penguin Clean Co. | Pittsburgh, PA Penguin Clean Co. is growing quickly, and we're hiring Neighborhood Marketing Representatives to help us expand throughout the Pittsburgh area. This is a simple, active, results-focused position: You'll get paid to walk residential neighborhoods and distribute Penguin Clean Co. door hangers. There is no selling inside homes, no knocking required, and no cleaning involved. We're looking for people who can move quickly, work independently, follow assigned routes, and consistently hit daily production goals. What You'll Do Walk assigned residential neighborhoods Distribute Penguin Clean Co. door hangers to eligible homes Follow mapped routes and assigned territories Track completed streets and neighborhoods Maintain a strong, consistent pace throughout your shift Represent Penguin Clean Co. professionally while in the community Communicate with management regarding route progress Meet daily and weekly door-hanger distribution targets This Job Is a Good Fit If You Like being outside and staying active Are comfortable walking several miles during a shift Work well without someone constantly supervising you Are dependable and show up when scheduled Can follow directions and mapped routes accurately Move with urgency and take pride in being productive Have a smartphone with reliable GPS/data access Have reliable transportation to assigned neighborhoods Are comfortable having your production tracked This Job Is NOT a Good Fit If You Want a desk or office marketing position Don't enjoy working outdoors Need constant supervision to stay productive Frequently call off or arrive late Are uncomfortable walking for extended periods Prefer a job where performance isn't measured We care much more about work ethic, reliability, and production than previous marketing experience. Pay $18.00 per hour Opportunities for additional hours and advancement may become available for strong performers as Penguin Clean Co. continues to grow. Schedule Part-time Daytime and early-evening availability is preferred. Hours may vary based on weather, territory availability, and company needs.
