Job Description

A southeastern PA Independent campaign is seeking highly energetic, community-centric Field Organizers to help build a strong grassroots, boots-on-the-ground operation. This position will recruit and support volunteers, engage voters, and help execute the campaign's door-to-door, phone, text, GOTV, and other community outreach programs. Responsibilities Recruit, train, schedule, and support all campaign volunteers Organize all canvassing events, including phone banking, text banking, and voter-registration/GOTV activities Conduct direct voter outreach throughout the district Help coordinate and manage campaign events and community appearances Track voter contacts, volunteer activity, and field progress Maintain accurate campaign data, providing regular updates to the campaign's leadership Be a pillar for the campaign, always being professional and respectful in the community Qualifications Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Reliable & self-motivated, as well as comfortable speaking and working with people from diverse backgrounds Able to work evenings and weekends as campaign activities require Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Campaign, organizing, customer-service, or community-engagement experience is helpful but not required Familiarity with Upper Bucks, Pennsylvania is strongly preferred This is a full-time campaign position starting August 15, 2026, ending Tuesday, November 3 2026 .
