Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods to introduce restoration services and educate residents about potential property damage solutions Engage in face-to-face conversations with homeowners and community members, demonstrating excellent communication skills and active listening Identify potential leads through outdoor outreach efforts, including walking through neighborhoods and community events Build rapport with prospects by explaining service benefits clearly and confidently, utilizing conversational engagement techniques Collect contact information and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team to pursue further Use mobile devices to record interactions, update customer information, and track progress throughout the day Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach plans, share insights on community needs, and improve canvassing effectiveness Skills No experience required. Previous field sales or door-to-door canvassing experience preferred.
