Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing in various neighborhoods to introduce our organization's programs and initiatives Engage in face-to-face conversations with community members, providing information and answering questions with enthusiasm Build rapport with diverse audiences through conversational engagement and active listening Represent the organization professionally at outdoor events, community gatherings, and public spaces Collaborate with team supervisors to meet outreach goals and strategize effective canvassing routes Skills Proven experience in supervising or leading outreach teams is a plus Strong background in marketing, field sales, or community engagement roles Experience with door-to-door canvassing or outdoor work environments preferred Excellent face-to-face communication skills with the ability to connect quickly and authentically Customer service skills to handle inquiries politely and professionally Ability to walk for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels during outdoor activities Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse populations are highly desirable Skilled in using mobile devices for data collection and communication purposes Demonstrated ability to engage in conversational dialogue that builds trust and rapport This paid Canvasser position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales, communication, and community engagement skills while making a meaningful difference.
