Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Canvasser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with the community mainly through door-to-door outreach, promoting our services or causes, and building strong relationships with potential clients or supporters. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in marketing, sales, and customer service, with a focus on effective communication and negotiation skills! This is a base PLUS commission opportunity! You will be learning and working with the best in the business in terms of experience and production. A great opportunity to learn and grow rapidly. Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote products, services, or fundraising campaigns within assigned neighborhoods or territories Engage with community members in a professional and friendly manner to inform them about our offerings and gather feedback Identify potential leads and opportunities for further engagement or sales Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact information and responses Assist in organizing promotional events or campaigns as needed Collaborate with team members to develop effective outreach strategies Demonstrate excellent communication skills to persuade and negotiate with prospects effectively Uphold company standards of professionalism and customer service at all times Its a plus if you have: Previous experience in supervising, marketing, sales, telemarketing, or fundraising is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during door-to-door outreach Proven negotiation skills and confidence in handling objections professionally

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between neighborhoods or territories Must be reliable, motivated, and able to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if necessary Prior experience in canvassing or customer service is advantageous but NOT mandatory Need reliable transportation & a smart phone!
