Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Canvasser to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our organization, engaging with community members through door-to-door outreach and promotional activities. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help foster positive relationships, raise awareness about our mission, and generate business for our company. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales, marketing, and customer service skills while making a meaningful impact in the community. The pay structure is based on appointment, where each successful appointment made results in $100, paid bi-weekly. Your only limit is how many appointments you can set in a day! This position is especially rewarding for motivated, personable candidates seeking uncapped commission potential without the pressure of presenting pricing, managing ongoing customer relationships, or closing the sale. Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our services with confidence and professionalism with the goal of setting appointments for our closers Engage with diverse community members using effective communication skills to build rapport and encourage participation Promote our organization's mission through personalized conversations and persuasive messaging Collect feedback, answer questions, and address concerns from potential clients in a friendly manner Maintain accurate records of interactions for reporting purposes Collaborate with team members to strategize appointments and improve campaign effectiveness Experience Prior experience in sales, canvassing, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude above all else Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader range of community members effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade in various situations Familiarity with marketing strategies and appointment setting techniques to have the most likely preferred outcome Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing or community outreach will help you succeed quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Join us as a Canvasser and become a vital part of our mission-driven organization!
