Charity Fundraising Representative - United Breast Cancer Foundation Sunrise Acquisitions | Mount Juliet, TN | Full-Time | $10.00/hr | Paid Weekly | Hiring Now Show Up for a Cause. Build a Career. Sunrise Acquisitions is hiring Charity Fundraising Representatives in the Nashville and Mount Juliet area to represent the United Breast Cancer Foundation at pop-up fundraising events and retail activations throughout the region. Every shift you work directly supports a cause that saves lives. No experience needed. Full paid training from day one. What You'll Do Represent the United Breast Cancer Foundation at pop-up fundraising booths and retail activations across the Nashville and Mount Juliet area Start genuine face-to-face conversations with the public and inspire donations and recurring giving Answer questions about the foundation's mission, programs, and impact clearly and confidently Set up, manage, and break down event displays and fundraising materials every shift Track donor sign-ups and campaign results accurately every day Hit daily and weekly fundraising goals alongside your team What We're Looking For A natural people person who genuinely enjoys talking to strangers face-to-face Self-motivated, positive, and coachable Comfortable working indoors and outdoors at pop-up events Reliable and available for a consistent full-time schedule including some weekends Valid driver's license required Must be able to commute to Mount Juliet, TN 37122 Must be authorized to work in the United States No prior experience required — we train you completely from day one What You'll Earn $10.00/hour base pay,($800-$1200 per week) paid every week Not commission-only — you earn your base hourly rate every shift regardless of results Performance bonuses available on top of base pay based on fundraising results Paid training from your very first shift — earn while you learn Clear merit-based path to leadership — we promote from within Employee discounts and team perks $10.00/hour is the base hourly rate with full-time consistent hours. Average weekly earnings range from $800 to $1,200 based on hours worked and performance bonuses. This is not a commission-only role. Performance bonuses are separate from and additional to base hourly pay.
